Well as you know from recent newsletters, for one reason or another (mainly because there’s only one of me!) I had to take a pause for the last number of months from The Edward Hayden School of Cookery.

Well the good news is that I am going to make a gentle return next month and include herewith a very limited selection of dates to get the ball rolling. At the minute we will be just releasing a limited selection of dates on a monthly basis and are not in a position to take bookings, other than those below and I appreciate your forbearance on this matter.

Course Details:
• The school will be open approximately 15 minutes before the commencement of the class. Please aim to arrive no earlier than this as the school may not be open.
• All classes are demonstration and dine style classes, unless otherwise specified.
• The class will proceed with 12 guests
• Starter, 3 main courses & dessert will be prepared, cooked and served.
• For the evening classes the cookery school closes at 11pm sharp.
