Welcome to my new look website. I am delighted to welcome you here and hope that you enjoy perusing it at your leisure. I have included some tasty recipes which I hope will go down well with you and your family and friends alike!
The website also contains lots of other information for other activities that I am involved in including fundraising cookery demonstrations, promotional work, TV appearances on ‘Ireland am’ and my most recent up to date schedule for ‘The Edward Hayden School of Cookery’ in my native Graiguenamanagh.

Christmas canapés
During this class guests will learn how to prepare a wide selection of hot and cold canapés suitable for serving at your Christmas drinks receptions and other informal gatherings. As well as this Edward will showcase some larger canapés suitable for a party food buffet or fork supper.

Books
Edward has published three cookery books. His first self published book, ‘Edward Entertains’ was released in 2008 and is sold out. His next two publications ‘Food to Love’ (which was awarded the prestigious Kerry Food Book of the Year) and ‘Food for Friends’ were published with The O’Brien Press. He is currently putting the finishing touches to his next book, due for release next year.

Over the last 12 years I have acquired a wealth of experience hosting cookery demonstrations around the country at food festivals, hotel function rooms, agricultural shows, school halls as well as many other varied venues.
